EFI's Incentive Processing Division works with over 50 electric and gas utility clients to process incentives for energy efficiency and renewable energy products and measures. EFI has experience administering upstream programs, in which incentive payments are made to manufacturers; midstream programs, in which incentive payments are made to retailers, distributors, contractors, or salespeople; and downstream programs, in which incentive payments are made to end-user residential or business customers. Our utility partners have relied on EFI to process rebates for over 50 million energy effiicenct products, representing incentives in excess of $300 million to customers, contractors, and trade allies.

EFI's incentive process systems can determine customer and product eligibility, insure work is completed by qualified contractors, and offers the data collection, tracking, and reporting systems that will insure the impacts and benefits of utility-sponsored incentive programs are well-documented.
