    Maine Indoor Air Quality Conference

    This one day conference sponsored by Efficiency Maine brings together utilities, policy makers, contractors and vendors to connect and talk about issues surrounding air quality in buildings as it relates to air sealing work being done in cold climates. This is a small focused conference that brings together all the right people.

    JLC Live

    Talk about a fun filled, action packed 2 days!! There is nothing quite like JLC Live in Providence. Run by the trade magazine Journal of Light Construction, this show brings in so many smart contractors, trainers and vendors that you never have a dull moment. The dust flies while the vendors demonstrate every power tool under the sun while building roofs, decks and wall systems.

    EFI will have a 20 foot space in the middle of the floor in the 800 aisle and will be showing all the latest products we carry. We will be featuring Ready Solar.     Northeast Energy Efficiency Summit
    Tuesday, March 30th, 2010 - Wednesday, March 31st, 2010
    Boston, MA
    The 2010 Northeast Energy Efficiency Summit will be held March 30 and 31 at the Hyatt Regency downtown Boston. This meeting will demonstrate break through ideas to achieve the aggressive goals the Northeast has set in achieving all cost effective energy efficiency. This event attracts leaders from across the region in public policy, business, energy efficiency products and technologies, and consumer and environmental advocacy, to support the vision of energy efficiency as a solution to the challenge of reliable and clean energy.

    The Summit includes an opening reception in the exhibition hall, an all-day regional conference with energy efficiency leaders, an exhibition of technologies and solutions, and their signature business leader recognition program.

    2010 National Congress and Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing

    Manufactured Housing represents fully 20% of the housing stock in the country. The occupants of Manufactured Housing Communities are often those most in need of energy efficiency programs and products. EFI has been working in recent years with organizations like Neighborworks and ROC USA to draw the connection between affordable housing development and energy efficient products and services. EFI is attending this trade show and conference for the first time and hopes to begin opening a new market for us and our customers.

    Residental Design and Construction

    Sponsored by AIA Boston, Residential Design and Construction is a trade show directed to residential builders and developers. EFI has been at these AIA shows for almost 20 years. There are many Architects that attend that are instrumental in specifying products for the buildings they design. EFI very much appreciates our architect friends who we know are often sending contractors to our door to get the ventilation equipment, air sealing supplies or energy efficient lighting they need to build the homes that will exceed expectations.     Energy Out West

    EFI will be attending and displaying all of our latest products at this DOE sponsored training event for the Southwest Region. Air sealing products and energy efficient lighting will be highlighted. We will also be showing ventilation equipment and timers that are used to insure that indoor air quality remains healthy after work has been done. High volume foam dispensing systems will be shown, as will combustion safety equipment. Bring your sunscreen and a hat – Reno is in the desert.
