Energy Federation, Inc., a national leader in promoting energy efficiency and renewable energy is looking for a Client Success Manager. Ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.  Must display a high degree of professionalism with the ability to continuously prioritize, multitask, problem solve and work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.  Will work closely with members of the EFI management team (IT, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Marketing) as well as EFI’s external clients, regarding different aspects of the various energy conservation programs. The tasks and responsibilities in this role will evolve based on client and program needs. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers 

  • Become an expert in the life of our customers 

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors 

  • Be the go-between both internally and externally 

  • Actively grow client participation in marketplace promotions and marketing activities 

  • Work hand in glove with marketing and IT to ensure flawless activity and account growth 

  • Define and deliver success metrics for new client projects and track daily performance for existing programs/promotions to ensure the team is moving towards defined goals 

  • Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems 

  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis 

  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product 

  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Logistics, Product and Finance to seamlessly deliver marketplace success 

  • Be educated on and in tune with eCommerce best practices, marketing best practices, and industry trends 

  • Conduct product and competitive research and analysis. 

  • Ensure appropriate testing of product content, site requirements and promotions prior to launch; 

Requirements: 

  • 3 to 6+ years of Account Management, Client Management experience 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail 

  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines 

  • A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction 

  • Equal enthusiasm for with high-level strategic planning, but also tactical daily execution 

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools. 

  • An understanding of the Mobile landscape and experience with responsive web design and app development
