We believe it is essential to encourage environmentally benign
and sustainable use of our planet's limited energy and water resources.
Through the distribution of resource conserving products and the
provision of objective, accurate information, we strive to assist

Energy Federation
was founded in 1982 by several nonprofit organizations in Massachusetts.
The founding organizations included Center for Ecological Technology
(CET), Fair Share Development Corporation (FSDC), Fundamental Action
to Conserve Energy (FACE), People's Energy Resource Cooperative
(PERC), and others. FSDC and PERC merged to eventually become Conservation
Services Group.
EFI's outside Board of Directors presently consists of the following
individuals, plus one member of EFI's management serving rotating
one-year terms and EFI's president.
